The essentials

Start with
the basics.

Your service provider supplies your account and nodes. Star Bridge helps you manage the connection.

  1. Have your account ready

Use the site code and active account supplied by your compatible provider. Keep your credentials private.

  2. Choose an available node

Sign in, check your plan and usage, then select a node available to your account.

  3. Review, then connect

Read the privacy information and system VPN prompt before allowing the connection. If traffic does not work, follow the checks below.

Common questions

Let’s sort it out.

Small checks often make the next step clearer. Still stuck? Send us the details.

What do I need to use Star Bridge?

Star Bridge is a native VPN client. You need a site code and an active account from a compatible service provider. Installing the app alone does not include a VPN subscription. Your provider manages service availability, plans and account access.

I cannot sign in. What should I check?

Confirm the site code and account details with your provider, check your internet connection, and use your provider’s password-reset process if needed. For expired plans, billing questions or account restrictions, contact your provider. Never send us your password or verification codes.

The VPN says connected, but websites will not load.

A connected indicator does not guarantee that traffic is working. Disconnect the VPN and check your normal internet connection first. Then reconnect using another available node. If the issue continues, record the app version, device, network type, time and exact error. Avoid repeatedly changing advanced settings without noting the original values.

How do I disconnect or remove a VPN configuration?

Disconnect in Star Bridge first. On iPhone, you can also manage VPN configurations in Settings → General → VPN & Device Management. Removing a VPN configuration does not delete your provider account or cancel a subscription.

What should I include in a support request?

Include your device model, operating system, Star Bridge version, site code, Wi-Fi or cellular connection, approximate time and time zone, and the steps that reproduce the issue. Redact screenshots and diagnostic excerpts. Do not send passwords, verification codes, subscription URLs, tokens, private keys or full node configurations.

Can you help with billing, refunds or account deletion?

Your service provider manages its own accounts, plans and billing. Contact that provider for those requests. For Star Bridge support or a request about information held by Zenwalk LLC, use our data-request instructions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription or delete server-side account data.
